Cancellation Policy for Ad Hoc Bookings

At Unicorn Studios, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all our members and guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for ad hoc bookings (including hot desks, meeting rooms, and day passes):

1. Notice Period

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the booking start time will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.

2. No-Shows

  • If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to cancel in advance, the full booking fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be rescheduled once without penalty if requested more than 24 hours before the original booking start time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the booking may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
